美国议会代表这周在两党支持下通过H.R.5315法案。此次票选既上周支持该法案的一工业联盟发送信件给议会领导,敦促迅速开展投票开启。国际无人机系统(AUVSI)加入联盟去信队列,支持议会成员通过该法案。

The U.S. House of Representatives this week passed H.R. 5315with bipartisan support.  The vote follows a letter sent to House leadership last week by an industry coalition in support of the bill and urging for a swift vote. AUVSI (Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International) joined the coalition letter and advocated to Members of the House in support of bill passage.

In a social media post AUVSI offered further insight on the Act report:

“The bill invests $200 million in a drone infrastructure inspection grant program and a drone education and workforce training grant program at the U.S. Department of Transportation.

“该法案支持对国家重要基础设施进行更安全、更有效的监测、维修及修理,同时培训美国无人机工作者更好地运用无人机技术。”

“This will support safer and more efficient infrastructure inspection, maintenance, and repair of the nation’s critical infrastructure, and better equip the U.S. workforce to use drone technology.

“One example of success so far comes from NCDOT, which has been using Skydio drones to inspect their 13,500 bridges on a regular basis.

荷兰无人机制造商DeltaQuad开启其Evo系列无人机公开测试阶段,该系列有双载荷且飞行时间达4.5小时。

Dutch drone manufacturer DeltaQuad starts the public beta phase for their Evo model with dual payload and up to 4.5 hours of flight time.

各行各业和政府对于无人机的使用日趋增加,这意味着使用者会更注重其性能和生产力。DeltaQuad发布了一款固定翼电子无人机Evo,能够垂直起降,进行测绘、检测和监管。根据空气动力学的最新理论设计了该款无人机,打破旧版eVTOL的飞行时间和任务局限。Evo将同时以商业和军事配置上市。

The rapidly growing use of drones in industries and governments worldwide means that users are demanding more in terms of performance and productivity. DeltaQuad has responded by launching the Evo, a fixed wing electric UAV with Vertical Takeoff and Landing capability for mapping, inspection, and surveillance. Designed with the latest insights in aerodynamics, the Evo is breaking old eVTOL flight times and mission limitations.Evo will be available in both commercial and military configurations.

The company went back to the drawing board to incorporate these demands into a new design. Itsinnovative wing shape brings aerodynamic efficiency, improved wind resistance and the possibility to operate two sensor payloads simultaneously in a single flight. The Evo’s modular design also reduces maintenance costs significantly.

The two universal payload bays, with a total carrying capacity of 3 kg, can house a vast range of sensors for surveillance, mapping, multispectral imagery and LiDAR. This makes the platform suitable for a variety of tasks and allows for easy customization and integration of future sensors. The robust fiberglass, carbon and Kevlar airframe makes the Evo suitable for intensive use.
